I backed up my MacBook Pro on my Airport Time Capsule. Removed the back of my laptop, removed the set-screw on old SSD, gently pulled it out, gently pushed the new one in, rescrewed set screw, put back on, turned machine on and setup from backup on Time Capsule. The new Transcend SSD is definitely faster than what I had (256gb SSD) and no more concerns with 'running out of space' warnings.
